If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you receive it. You must notify us immediately via email of your return.

We will only accept returns if the goods are damaged, faulty or you received wrong item.

You must pay the posting/shipping price yourself in the event a return is accepted.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed.

Refunds

Refunds may be possible if the product is damaged or faulty only.

Once we receive your item as stated above we will inspect the item for damages or faults

We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will either, send you a replacement product or initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable

Order Change / Cancellation Policy

So, you need to cancel or update an order. What happens?

If you need to cancel an order you have 24 hours from the time you purchase your item to request to cancel or change.

If you are able to cancel your order before it beings processing, we can cancel the order free of charge.

If you don’t cancel your item on time, your item has now started to be made, so therefore you will be charged the full amount for your item.

Our Responsibility

Our Responsibility: Oops! Somewhere along the way and we made a mistake. Not to worry though! If any of the following are the case, we will take care of it for you.

Faulty or Damaged Product
If the product has a manufacturing defect.

Wrong Item Sent
If we send you the wrong garment or color.

Your Responsibility:

Oops! Somewhere along the way you made a mistake. If any of these are the case, we will not replace or refund any items.

Ordered Wrong Size:
ordered wrong size or it did not fit to your satisfaction, we will not replace or refund the item – we provide a size guide to every product
so make sure to choose the right size before ordering.

Wrong colour:
Make sure you choose the colour you want as we will not exchange or refund due to this mistake.

Incorrectly Provided Address:
If you made an error in the address we are not liable to refund your order or send you a replacement free of charge.

Simple Dissatisfaction

We dont not accept responsibility if you just don’t like the order or have simply just changed your mind.

Customs Charges

As we ship worldwide your order may have customs charges placed as your country receives your package.

Please note that we will not accept liability for any custom charges placed. We will not refund your order or accept returns due to custom charges being placed also.
